The Respondent/Awarded Offeror shall complete the Project through the following six tasks: Project Administration Task 1: Project Management Plan - The Respondent will prepare a Project Management Plan (PMP), to include a detailed project budget and schedule. The PMP will describe, in detail, the activities and steps necessary to complete the tasks outlined in this Statement of Work. The PMP will also include information about the project management approach (including team organization, team decision-making, roles and responsibilities and interaction with FRA), as well as address quality assurance and quality control procedures. The PMP will be reviewed and approved by the FRA. Task 1.2: Final Performance Report This report must be submitted within 90 days of the end of the grant’s period of performance and should describe the cumulative activities of the project, including a complete description of the Respondent’s achievements with respect to the project objectives and milestones. Task 1 Deliverables: • Project Management Plan • Project Agreements (if applicable) • Final Performance Report Task 2: Public Involvement/Agency Coordination Plan - Public Involvement/Agency Coordination and Communication Plan The Respondent will prepare an Agency, Stakeholder, and Citizen Involvement and Communication Plan and a Tribal Consultation Plan. These plans will outline the public and agency involvement program and will identify key contacts within agencies, public officials, tribal agencies/chapters, key contacts within civic and business groups, relevant interest groups, present and potential riders/users, and private service providers/shippers, and other key stakeholder groups and the public. Task 3: Public Involvement/Agency Coordination Plan - Task 3.1: Basis of Design Report A basis of design will document roadway, railway, and other design standards or design criteria to be used for all elements of the project.
