3.1.1 Contract Item #1– Two (2) Winches, for Two (2) Existing 2024 Ford F350 pickup trucks (Vehicles #1 and #2) 3.1.1.1 Vendor will supply and install the new Winches onto the existing 2024 Ford F-350 Pickup Trucks. 3.1.1.1.1 The winches must be WARN EVO12-S or equivalent. 3.1.1.1.2 The winches must have 12,000lb maximum pulling capacity. 3.1.1.1.3 The winches must have 12 Volt DC operation. 3.1.1.1.4 The winches must be vehicle mounted. 3.1.1.1.5 The winches must be equipped with a wireless remote. 3.1.1.1.6 The winches must be made of line material – synthetic rope. 3.1.1.1.7 The winches must be equipped with a 3-stage planetary gear drive. 3.1.1.1.8 The winches must have waterproof construction. 3.1.1.1.9 The winches must have free spooling capacity. 3.1.1.1.10 The winches must include winch covers. 3.1.1.1.11The winches must include a minimum of 1 hawse fairleads per winch. 3.1.2 Contract Item #2 – Two (2) Winch Bumpers for Two (2) Existing 2024 Ford F-350 (Vehicles #1 and #2) 3.1.2.1 The installed winch bumpers must be WARN Trans4mer Generation III or equivalent. 3.1.2.2 The winch bumpers must include mounting kits. 3.1.2.3 The winch bumpers must be black powder coated. 3.1.2.4 The winch bumpers must include grille protection. 3.1.2.5 The winch bumpers must be compatible with the specified winch, as well as the make and model truck specified. 3.1.3 Contract Item #3 – Auxiliary Wiring for Two (2) Existing 2024 Ford F350 Trucks (Vehicles #1 and #2) 3.1.3.1 The installed auxiliary wiring must be WARN Quick Connect Power Cable Kits or equivalent 3.1.3.2 The auxiliary wiring must be a minimum of 24’ cables 3.1.3.3 The auxiliary wiring must be a minimum 2-gauge wiring. 3.1.3.4 The power cable must be switched to turn power off when not in use. 3.1.3.5 The power switch for the cables must be installed using the stock upfitter switches already installed in the vehicles to control auxiliary devices. 3.1.3.6 The auxiliary wiring must include a quick connect plug to be mounted securely to the rear of the truck. 3.1.4 Contract Item #4– One (1) Winch, for One (1) Existing 2024 Dodge 3500 pickup truck (Vehicle #3) 3.1.4.1 Vendor will supply and install the new Winch onto the existing 2024 Dodge 3500 pickup truck. 3.1.4.1.1 The winch must be WARN EVO12-S or equivalent. 3.1.4.1.2 The winch must have a minimum 12,000lb pulling capacity 3.1.4.1.3 The winch must have 12 Volt DC operation. 3.1.4.1.4 The winch must be vehicle mounted. 3.1.4.1.5 The winch must be equipped with a wireless remote. 3.1.4.1.6 The winch line material must be synthetic rope. 3.1.4.1.7 The winch must be equipped with a 3-stage planetary gear drive. 3.1.4.1.8 The winch must have waterproof construction. 3.1.4.1.9 The winch must have free spooling capacity. 3.1.4.1.10 The winch must include winch covers. 3.1.4.1.11The winch must include a minimum of 1 hawse fairleads per winch.
