The Town of Lincoln has received a MassSave grant to procure the services of a Municipal Energy Manager. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to identify a qualified individual or firm to assist community leadership in developing decarbonization strategies for town infrastructure and vehicles that will enable us to become more energy efficient, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from facilities, with a particular focus on K-12 school buildings. The Municipal Energy Manager will work closely with Town leadership, including the Town Administrator and Select Board, Facilities Director, Department Heads, and the Green Energy Committee. The Municipal Energy Manager will provide professional expertise and develop energy management plans, municipal decarbonization plans, as well as all other deliverables itemized in this RFP, for review by the town before submission on our behalf.
