This contractor specializes in IT Technical, Application, date conversion and interfaces for the Utility Billing Division, billing system support and upgrade to the new utility billing system. Mountain River Consulting Inc. has a unique, in-depth knowledge of the current utility billing system and proprietary software formerly managed by Denovo. Both Advanced and Denovo have engaged Mountain River repeatedly for critical maintenance tasks and data-conversion activities, underscoring its indispensable expertise. No other vendor possesses Mountain River’s combination of technical skills and institutional memory regarding the legacy billing platform. Transitioning to a new contractor risked operational disruptions and data integrity issues during system upgrades and conversion. Mountain River’s prior engagements have demonstrated on time delivery and adherence to budget constraints, reducing rework and associated costs
