The Offeror shall provide the following services: NMHU is seeking services including, but not limited to: inspections, repairs, replacements, and additions to fire and health safety protections systems throughout the main campus and Rio Rancho Center. The Services requested are vital to the safety and health of NMHU’s students, faculty, staff, and guests and are to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and local ordinances, regulations and the rules of all authorities having jurisdiction over the Services provided and/or locations and facilities for which are Serviced by the Contractor. The Services have been given a high priority.
