This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed proposals for the provision of suppressors and flash hiders as set forth herein for Missouri State Highway Patrol (hereinafter referred to as the “state agency”). The state agency is seeking to add suppressors to their special tactical teams (SWAT) rifles. An initial order of 84 Suppressors and flash hiders is anticipated to occur after August 1, 2025. Suppressors substantially reduce the sound energy transmitted to nearby ears reducing the amount and degree of hearing damage sustained and can significantly reduce recoil which allows for faster and more accurate follow-up shots. 2.2.1 The contractor must provide a kit that includes one (1) FLOW 556k and one (1) Flash Hider QD 556 1/2x28 sku 2449. 2.2.2 The contractor must include the standard limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer for all products provided as a result of the contract.
