The four groups comprising UNT System currently use two instances of a policy system (PolicyTech) across multiple campuses, along with various ancillary tools to author, track, and report on policy activities. The intent of this RFP is to select a single unified solution that standardizes policy management across all user groups. The proposed system must support robust role-based access controls, campus-specific segmentation, cross-policy document linking, and must eliminate dependence on offline/shadow workflows. Integration with enterprise platforms— including HRIS, LMS, and GRC systems—is required to ensure seamless process continuity across the institution. The selected solution must align with UNTS strategic goals and provide a scalable, secure, and user-centric platform that enhances workflow automation, audit readiness, and system-wide policy governance.
