Carpet installation for all offices on the first floor. There are 19 total offices totaling 2,622 square feet. The current carpet in the offices need to be removed. Carpet should be Mainstreet by Philadelphia in Masses 00200. Vinyl floor trim (color selected by owner). Please include schedule and coordinate all work with CN Natural Resources as to minimally impact CN daily activities. Note: all dimensions shall be field verified. Specified manufacturers and models are preferred but equal to or better than is accepted. Contractors shall furnish protection of adjacent surfaces and repair of any damage caused by the work of this Contractor. Contractor shall clean up his work in such a manner as to maintain safe working conditions on the project, including but not limited to excess material, lunch trash, and dirt and debris on streets and sidewalks. All trash generated from this Contractor’s work, or its’ forces shall be removed by the Contractor’s own forces and Contractor’s equipment.
