DCEO Loan System Functionality 1. CRM a. Provide a system to manage the DCEO’s lending-related relationships including current and potential stakeholders. The primary customer will be a borrower or potential borrower or a lending institution, although secondary customers could be stakeholder groups and other entities such as other governmental agencies. b. User Rights: Option to assign view or limited editing rights to other DCEO offices (e.g., Regional Economic Development, Business Development, etc.) to view lender and business participation in DCEO’s loan programs, including sharing notes/comments about engagement/interaction other offices have had or other DCEO programs that businesses/lenders may be involved with. 2. Application Intake a. Ability to accept external applications from applicants which could include the general public or institutions. 3. Workflow Management / Approval Workflows: a. General: Ability to set standard and customizable workflows, including guidance/checklists for staff when reviewing projects in a certain phase i. Automate the entire loan lifecycle, from application intake to funding disbursement. ii. Implement automated workflows for approvals, compliance tracking, and reporting reminders...
