1. The bidder shall issue driver’s licenses, identification cards, commercial driver licenses, vehicle and boat registrations, vehicle and boat titling, vehicle plates, snow machine decals, commercial vehicle services, and road test examinations. 2. The bidder shall be responsible for having internal procedures and adhering to requirements herein to protect the privacy of ALVIN records and preserve the integrity of DMV’s ALVIN system, and for maintaining accountability for all documents received and issued by the bidder 3. The bidder must maintain a store front and have regularly scheduled business days and hours during which services under this contract are available to the public. The business hours required are between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Alaska Time, open a minimum of 20 hours a week, three days per week, and a minimum of two hours each day open. Changes to business days and/or hours may be made no more than once every three months and must be approved, in advance, by DMV.
