The scope of work to be undertaken for this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, all work required to support the design, permitting, and construction documentation preparation. o Environmental work shall address all items necessary for investigation and acquisition of necessary permits for any potential environmental impacts, including from the US Army Corp of Engineers. o Detailed design of the shore line stabilization, including 30%, 90%, and 100% drawings, cost estimates, specifications, permit applications, and catalog-cuts. Files to be provided in hard-copy and electronic format. o All State bid documents, including the supplemental General Conditions, will be incorporated into the contract documents, and the templates will be provided.
