The City of Fairhope is requesting responses from qualified contractors for various types of work for the City Natural Gas Department throughout the year. The work to be performed under this contract will be determined and assigned by the City of Fairhope on an “as-needed” basis and will be issued in the form of a Project Work Order. The Work Order may include a single work item, or it may include multiple work items. This contract will be awarded for one (1) year with the intent to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional years at the same terms and conditions. The City of Fairhope Natural Gas Department anticipates up to $200,000.00 annual budget for the first year of this contract. Subsequent years (up to two one-year extensions for a total of three years) shall be renewed at the same terms and conditions, based on an annual amount determined at the time of each renewal cycle, and if both parties agree.
