• Design of infrastructure to support mixed-use redevelopment, including roadways, utilities, streetscapes, waterfront and open space improvements. • Preparation and permitting of traffic control plans, including NJDOT Highway Access permitting. • Coordination with the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority for water, sewer and stormwater improvements. • NJDEP, USACE and Hudson-Essex-Passaic Soil Conservation District and USACE permitting of regulated improvements. • Procurement assistance. • Construction administration, including full-time inspection of work. • Coordination of design and construction with known contaminated soils and groundwater, including design and protection of engineering controls and remedial action permit compliance. • Monitoring of contractors’ regulatory compliance.
