The project will be accomplished under the supervision of the HPO, Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. The HPO supervisory staff and the consultant will meet 36 CFR 61 qualifications. EXPECTED DELIVERABLES The following deliverables are expected to be provided by the CONSULTANT: • Provide a public workshop to teach the fundamentals of repairing historic windows, their anatomy, and why they’re worth preserving. • Provide presentation materials and any exhibits.
