A. Remove varying 3’ to 12’ deep concrete swimming pool (305 linear feet perimeter) and the kiddie pool (75 linear feet perimeter), complete, and all disposed by the Contractor. B. Remove pool house buildings including bathrooms, chemical feed equipment, filters, mechanical equipment, complete, and all disposed by the Contractor. C. Remove all concrete sidewalks adjacent to the swimming pool on the south side of the pool house buildings except the sidewalks along Angus Street and Pontiac Drive. D. Cap and abandon water service line – one each E. Cap and abandon sanitary services – two each F. Cap and abandon electric per OPPD requirements and gas service line per Black Hills Energy G. Remove all site lighting and perimeter chain link fencing H. Area shall have compacted earthwork (95% ASTM D698) embankment to a uniform grade with a one-foot overburden. 1. City will furnish and haul all earthwork embankment material (approximately 1,300 CY) for the backfill. Contractor shall provide all compaction and watering equipment. I. Permanently seed and mulch all disturbed areas with turfgrass vegetation equal to Super Turf II LS Tall Fescue, United Seeds Inc.
