The Work includes the construction of a new car wash facility at Gulf Shores International Airport in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The scope of Work consists of earthwork; concrete paving; construction of concrete equipment pads; asphalt paving; installation of stormwater infrastructure; utility service connections for electrical, water, and sanitary sewer; installation of site lighting; and placement of an above-ground fuel tank. The Work also includes furnishing and installing car wash system components, including pressure washing equipment, vacuum stations, and a vehicle canopy. All Work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable codes and standards. The work will be awarded in one Contract.
