The City of Blue Springs is requesting price quotations for an Annual Concrete Repair/Construction Agreement. The concrete repairs/construction will be made at various locations throughout the City of Blue Springs. The line item rates listed (labor, material, overhead, profit, haul off, etc.) in your quotation shall be firm for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance by the City of Blue Springs and may be adjusted per the Annual Inflation Adjustment Increase as bid by the contractor. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material to complete concrete repairs/construction (driveways, sidewalks, and curbs) within 15 working days from notification by the City of Blue Springs unless weather conditions or other specific conditions warrant delays. The majority of the concrete repair work to be performed by the contractor will be as the result of maintenance activities performed on the infrastructure system serving the City of Blue Springs. The maintenance work performed by the Public Works Department is comprised of water distribution system maintenance, sanitary sewer collection system maintenance, and street/storm sewer maintenance. A portion of the work will be for new construction at various locations as needed.
