Duchesne County is seeking competitive sealed Bid from qualified contractor to remove old HVAC equipment and provide and install New HVAC Equipment and Controls as outlined in provided design and in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: 1. Remove: All old HVAC equipment as specified 2. Provide: • New HVAC equipment as specified 이 New BAS (Building Controls) as specified 3. Install: 4. o New HVAC Equipment as specified o New BAS Controls as specified • Waste disposal and site cleanup. Project Management & Closeout: • Apply for all permits and schedule all inspections • Schedule and conduct progress meetings with stakeholders. • Provide regular status reports and updates. • Conduct final inspections and obtain necessary approvals. • Deliver all as-built drawings, manuals, and warranties. Any damage caused by contractor is there sole responsibility
