The selected contractor shall be responsible for supplying and installing a fully functional dual-level, multi-slot automated conveyor system per the provided specifications. This includes but is not limited to: • Furnishing and installing a conveyor with 1520 slots, double steel yoke chain assemblies, and steel frame supports. • Integration of a forward/reverse/stop control system, emergency stop, and HMI touchscreen interface. • Electrical wiring and installation of a 1HP direct-drive motor system and associated control panel. • Mounting the control system in accordance with specified clearances and ADAcompliant accessibility. • All necessary hardware, fasteners, welding, supports, and coordination with jail facilities for layout compliance. • Testing, calibration, and commissioning of the system upon installation. • Training for facility staff on the correct operation of the system. • Training for facility staff on operating the system during a power failure.
