The successful proposer shall: 1. Room Dimensions: o Install safety padding for a room approximately 8'-1" wide x 10'-2" long x 8'- 0" high. 2. Surface Coverage: o Safety padding shall be installed on: ▪ All interior walls. ▪ The interior side of the room door and door frame. ▪ The floor of the room. 3. Door Assembly: o Padded wall installation shall include the door assembly by default. o Padding shall be detailed to accommodate any vision light in the door. 4. Demolition (By County): o Sumner County will remove the toilet/lavatory unit, the adjacent CMU pony wall (privacy wall), and the cast-in bench prior to the installation date. 5. Installation Requirements: o The padding material shall be securely affixed, tamper-resistant, and suitable for correctional environments. o All materials must meet applicable safety, fire-retardant, and durability standards for detention facilities. o All seams and edges must be secure and resistant to picking or tearing. 6. Warranty: o The proposer must include manufacturer’s warranty information and any applicable workmanship warranty
