Base Bid (Roof Area C) Base Bid scope of work includes the selective roof replacement of the existing low slope roof system of Roof Area C as indicated on the attached plan down to the existing roof deck for approximately 145 roofing squares (14,535 square feet). Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs, installation of a new roof insulation, and a single ply PVC / KEE roof assembly. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly will be required. Alternate No. 1 (Roof Area D) Alternate Number One scope of work includes the selective roof replacement of the existing low slope roof system of Roof Area D as indicated on the attached plan down to the existing roof deck for approximately 131 roofing squares (13,025 square feet). Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs, installation of a new roof insulation, and a single ply PVC / KEE roof assembly. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly will be required. Alternate No. 2 (Roof Area E) Alternate Number Two scope of work includes the selective roof replacement of the existing low slope roof system of Roof Area E as indicated on the attached plan down to the existing roof deck for approximately 107 roofing squares (10,670 square feet). Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs, installation of a new roof insulation, and a single ply PVC / KEE roof assembly. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly will be required.
