The Department’s Division of Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified provider to enhance family and youth engagement within the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) system of care. This statewide initiative aims to strengthen family advocacy, education, and support, while also fulfilling federal block grant requirements. The successful Offeror must recruit, train, and support families and youth to actively participate in YES system improvement efforts. Additionally, they must provide community outreach, develop educational resources, and offer support services to families navigating child and youth mental health complexities. It is the Department’s intent to award one (1) Contract to cover the entire state, which includes seven (7) Departmental regions comprising urban, rural, and frontier areas throughout the state, see Attachment 6 – Department Regional Map.
