The partner will provide ongoing support including, but not limited to: - Tier 1 – Tier 4 Workday support - Project/Engagement Management - Configuration updates and optimizations - Report writing and dashboard creation - Integration monitoring and troubleshooting - Security administration and role design - Release management and feature enablement - Knowledge transfer and training - Tenant and Case Management - Disaster Recovery Optional/Future Implementation Services C-TRAN may request on an as-needed basis for the awarded contractor to perform the below: On an as-needed basis, the selected partner may be requested to: - Lead or support implementation of new Workday modules - Provide project management, change management, and technical implementation support - Conduct data conversion, testing, and cutover planning - Collaborate with internal teams and Workday directly to ensure a successful rollout
