The Department of Mental Health (DMH) intends to issue a new Request For Response (RFR) to re-procure the 2017 COMMBUYS # BD-17-1022-DMH08-8210B-12375 for the purpose of procuring four contracts to provide regional and statewide clinical staffing coverage to court clinic operations in the Massachusetts District, Superior, and Boston Municipal Courts. The distinct contracted operational units shall individually be situated to serve the Western Mass Counties, the Northeast Counties, the Southeast Counties and the Worcester and Metro Boston areas (combined). Collectively, each contracted area team will be expected to also provide statewide remote cross-coverage when needed (mutual aid). Please note that this procurement will include DMH’s solicitation for Adult Court Clinic Forensic Mental Health Evaluation services only. DMH has been informed that any and all Specialty Court Clinician Services will be procured separately by the Massachusetts Trial Court, in a parallel process.
