* To provide all equipment, tools, supplies and labor necessary to pump out three underground grease traps and one lift station, including the catch basin, as needed. Services to include the removal & disposal of all grease and/or waste material. To provide vacuum truck, as described below, to pump out and dispose of grease and/or waste material in a legal manner at no additional cost to the Agency. * Truck tank: To hold up to a minimum of 3600 gallons * Hose: 4" suction hose, 30' long with 30 psi vacuum * Wand: 25' at 3,000 psi * Work hours: Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm. This excludes weekends and holidays. Note: Contractor will be responsible for pumping out entire contents of each grease trap and only skimming the grease off the top of the lift station. 1) Main Grease Trap (By Kitchen): - 2000 gallons - To be serviced monthly 2) One Small Grease Trap (Back of the Kitchen): - 50 gallons - To be serviced as needed - may or may not be necessary during normal monthly service. 3) One Grease Trap (By the Culinary Unit): - 1200-1500 gallons - To be serviced as needed - may or may not be necessary during normal monthly service. 4) Lift Station #1 (Front of the Administration Building): - 1500 gallons, to be skimmed to remove surface grease - To be serviced monthly 5) Lift Station #2 - To be serviced as needed - may or may not be necessary during normal monthly service. - Skimmed to remove trash/debris from surface *Vendor should submit price per job - price should include all services listed to be performed per job. Agency will notify the awarded contractor of traps to be serviced when scheduling service.
