3.1.1. Provide routine and emergency wastewater systems assessment, pipe inspections, imaging, jetting, septic cleaning, pumping, spill cleanup, hauling and disposal services statewide to the Department’s wastewater treatment facilities, as needed to continue standard systems operations and to prevent violations and/or non- compliance with applicable rules and regulations. 3.1.2. Provide evaluations, reports, and recommendations to improve wastewater operations, reduce operating costs, or correct operating deficiencies. 3.2. Maintain the department’s systems while minimizing exposures and risks with regulatory compliance, public health and safety, environmental and security related concerns for the Department’s Wastewater Treatment Facilities. 3.3 Additional protocols may be mandated based on the Department or facility operating procedures. These may be limited by events of an Emergency, Shutdown and/or Force Majeure, services herein mandated by the Department’s ADEQ compliance obligation.
