Pest Control Services shall consist of: a) A thorough initial pest inspection of all listed facilities. b) An initial pre-treatment of all pests and/or signs of peststhat are identified during the initial inspection on the interior of each of the listed facilities. c) Monthly Pest Control Services for the control of rats/mice, ants, silverfish, earwigs, fleas, ticks, spiders, and other common indoor pests at each of the listed facilities. The Contractor shall employ modern, customary commercial pest control best practices for the pests listed. d) Installation of appropriate rodent bait boxes as necessary to prevent and control rodents. The Contractor shall supply the City with the locations, date of installation, and date of removal of all rodent bait boxes deployed during the contract period. NOTES FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES: The scope of work for Pest Control Services does not include lawn treatments at any of the listed facilities. However, the City may request such services on as-requested basis to control for nuisance pests.
