Lemonwood Ground Storage Tank • Draining of the GST to remove all water once Owner has pumped the tank down to the lowest possible level. • Complete blasting and recoating of the existing 1.0 MG (million gallon) steel ground storage tank exterior and interior surfaces, including exposed piping. • Repair or replacement of tank roof rafters and stiffeners. • Demolish existing and install new interior ladder and safety climb system. • Improvements to the ground storage tank including new access hatch, replacement of the existing tank access ladder and vandal guard, installation of new roof platform and railing, replacement of the tank roof vent, removal and replacement of manways. • All miscellaneous improvements for a complete in-place facility, per the contract documents. Pipestone Ground Storage Tank • Draining of the GST to remove all water once Owner has pumped the tank down to the lowest possible level. • Complete blasting and recoating of the existing 3.0 MG (million gallon) steel ground storage tank exterior and interior surfaces, including valve vault and exposed piping. • Replacement of tank overflow weir. • Demolish existing and install new interior ladder and safety climb system. • Improvements to the ground storage tank including new access hatch, relocation of existing vandal guard, installation of new roof platform and railing, replacement of the tank roof vents, removal and replacement of the manways. • All miscellaneous improvements for a complete in-place facility, per the contract documents.
