Furnish and install approximately 212 linear feet of decorative fence panels, posts, and anchor plates along the edge of Weller's Alley, an existing concrete alley in downtown Hagerstown. The fence panels/screens shall be aluminum 3'-8" wide x 5'-6" high x 3/16th thick, with 4" x 4" aluminum posts and aluminum base plates and anchors as shown on the attached Drawing S100. Note that Drawing S100 does not show an additional 40' section of fence panels that will be installed as part of this project. The fence panels shall be fabricated with the attached decorative design, and shall include holes to allow them to be fastened to the posts. The City will supply an AutoCAD drawing file with the decorative design to the selected contractor. Fence panels, posts, and base plates shall be powder coated with Prismatic Powders "Triple Bronze" or an approved equal. Contractor shall submit a sample for approval prior to powder coating. The fence will be installed in front of existing curb along the edge of the alley; fence shall leave approximately 5' clear on either side of existing utility poles along the alley.
