The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit sealed statements from a firm(s) for selection of a Geotechnical Engineer on behalf of The El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center of El Paso (“Hospital District, University Medical Center of El Paso, UMC, Owner, or Hospital”). The services contemplated under this solicitation are for full scope Geotechnical Engineering to implement projects included within the UMC 2025 General Obligation Bond Implementation Program. The intent of the Geotechnical Engineering is to understand the existing conditions and gather sufficient information for the design of building foundations and other soil relate elements for construction of the projects.
