The required services to be provided are as-needed locksmith services for Austin State Supported Living Center. Services shall include but not limited to: a) Combination Keypad locks: parts, installation, and maintenance. b) Key services: Key Duplication, First Key (original key) c) File cabinet locks: Rekey existing lock (or replace with equivalent lock) and provide two (2) keys to match lock (key by code). d) Door locks, including knob and deadbolt: Rekey existing lock and provide one key to match lock. e) Desk locks: Rekey existing lock (or replace with an equivalent lock) and provide two (2) keys to match lock (key by code). f) Services for department-owned vehicles: Unlock door and provide key to match lock upon request. g) Unlock locking devices: includes file cabinets, doors, desks, and department-owned vehicles. h) Keyed Alike services: Adjust a second cylinder to use the first lock’s key. i) New lock installation: Includes all tools and labor to install lock. j) Remove or relocate locking devices and repair all resulting holes. k) Repair locks as needed. All systems and locking devices must meet ADA rules and regulations. Contractor shall provide 30-day standard warranty on all repairs, maintenance work and materials.
