The City of Williamsburg, hereafter known as the City, is seeking bids from companies for the design, fabrication, assembly, and delivery of twenty-five (25) 24" diameter bronze medallions within a 29" square granite base and twenty (20) 5" diameter bronze keepsake medallions. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, duties, or incidentals necessary for the execution and completion of the scope of work in compliance with the Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for all stages of design refinement, material procurement, molding/casting, finishing, and preparations for installation and delivery. The selected fabricator shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Design Development: Collaborate with the City of Williamsburg to transform the provided conceptual design into a detailed, manufacturable design for both the 24-inch and 5-inch bronze medallions, including 3D modeling and shop drawings for approval. Material Procurement: Source all specified materials, including bronze, granite, and stainless-steel mounting hardware, ensuring they meet the required quality and specifications.
