a) House Chambers The House Chambers contain three (3) different types of desk stations – a double station, single station, and majority/minority speaker stations. Each of the desk stations contain audio and voting cabling to support the audio and voting technologies at each desk as well as data cabling so that each legislator has hard-wired access to the CGA network. Each double station contains two (2) Shure SM58 microphone on a retractable cable pulley, a 10-5/8” x 4 1/8” plate with RTS and voting buttons, and a 4 ¼” square speaker. There are sixty-eight (68) double stations. Each single station contains one (1) Shure SM58 microphone on a retractable pulley, a 10-5/8” x 4 1/8” plate with RTS and voting buttons, and a 4 ¼” square speaker. There are ten (10) single stations. Each majority/minority speaker stations contain one (1) Shure SM58 microphone on a retractable cable pulley, four (4) 6” x 4 1/8” plate with RTS and voting buttons, and one (1) phone at each station. The House Chambers also contains five (5) positions at the rostrum – a speaker position, clerk position, sound operator position, deputy speaker position, and Zoom operator position. Each position contains audio, data, video, and voting cabling to support the audio, data, video, and voting technologies at these positions. The speaker position contains dual gooseneck microphones and a box that shows the mute status of the microphones. The clerk position contains a single gooseneck microphone. The operator position contains a computer with a touch screen monitor, an analog mixer, a rack below the counter, a technician phone, and a backup operator unit. In the House Chambers, there are press feeds located at the front desks, front wall, and back wall. The back wall press feeds are the primary press feeds. There is also a Zoom computer located in the annex room of the House Chambers, which will be moved from the annex room to the front of the Chambers. There is an analog HDMI input/output from the computer system for Zoom meetings to be shown on the display boards.
