Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor must: A. Infectious Disease Mobile Services: a. Deploy a minimum of five (5) infectious disease Mobile Service Teams, with a preference for more teams if available, to operate on a daily basis, starting within ten (10) days of activation by NYC Health + Hospitals. Each Mobile Service Team must be capable of administering all available services, and the teams must include at least one of the following types: i. Mobile teams that operate inside of a vehicle such as a Sprinter van that can be moved throughout the City ii. Mobile teams that can operate outdoors under tents or similar shelters on a street corner iii. Teams that operate in indoor locations, such as a church basement b. Deploy Mobile Service Teams into the field at least five (5) days per week, providing a minimum of ten (10) hours of service daily, with (7) seven-day coverage preferred if available. i. Work volumes are expected to fluctuate, with periods of increased and decreased activity ii. In the event of a full ramp-down scenario, a minimum of two (2) weeks' advance notice will be provided to ensure adequate preparation and a smooth transition B. Staffing: a. Assign staff to perform the following tasks, as requested by NYC Health + Hospitals, with the potential for additional duties as needed: i. Scheduling appointments in vendor’s scheduling platform ii. Conducting pre-appointment intakes iii. Registering patients iv. Safely conducting the patient visit v. Conducting all required infection control procedures to maintain patient and staff safety vi. Managing on-site staff vii. Coordinating with on-site community partners hosting the team, when applicable viii. Cleaning up the space so it was left in the same condition it was found b. Verify that all staff working under this contract hold the necessary licenses and certifications to perform their assigned duties.
