Madison County Board of Supervisors requests a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for work related to planning, engineering, and implementation of wastewater infrastructure project(s). The project(s) include but are not limited to expanding and improving wastewater infrastructure in the Camden Community. Funding from EPA State and Tribal Assistance Grant program, USDA Rural Development Rural Utilities Service program, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, USACE Section 219 Program as well as other federal or non-federal programs might be utilized for the projects. The engineer will be responsible for performing all engineering services through project closeout in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations and policies. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: 1) planning and preliminary engineering phase services; 2) final design engineering phase services, 3) bidding, contracting, and construction phase services.
