The desk review will consist of the following, but not limited to: 1. Review client file and the work scope 2. Review the audits 3. Review the work order 4. Interpret diagnostic test results in relation to the work scope 5. Note any discrepancies and complete a report on each property to the Weatherization Program Director 2.2.2 On-Site Technical Audit Requirements The on-site technical audit will consist of the following, but not limited to: 1. Perform an exterior and exterior visual/sensory inspection 2. Conduct exterior walk around 3. Conduct interior walk around 4. Verify all installed components listed on the work order 5. Document any audit discrepancies 6. Document any damage potentially caused by workers 7. Document any non-conformance 8.
