The Fuel Toll solution will enable both State employees and customers to manage their Fuel Toll needs. The State requires implementation of an Automated Fuel Toll System (AFTS) to allow licensees to file their fuel toll returns electronically. The vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the Project, to include: • Implementation of the AFTS • Migration of existing data from current AFTS system • Project Management, Testing, and Training services as outlined in this RFP • Communication and Migration Plan for existing AFTS users • Ongoing support and maintenance for the AFTS solution • All services and software configuration and development associated with the implementation of the AFTS and its associated business process impacts • Ongoing system maintenance of the AFTS and its associated interfaces
