The City of Davenport, Iowa (hereafter referred to as “City”) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide employee benefits brokerage consulting services for the employee benefits program. The effective date will be January 1, 2026, the term will be two (2) years with three (3) optional one-year renewals, if both parties are satisfied with the agreement. A Selection Committee consisting of management and other City staff or strategic partners will review and evaluate the proposals on the criteria outlined in the “Selection Criteria” section of this RFP. Vendors whose proposals are determined to be most responsive by the selection committee may be invited to participate in an interview, including a brief presentation by the firm to the selection committee. It is the intention of the City to award the contract to the vendor that ranks highest through the evaluation and interview processes
