Contractor shall clean all shelters and the ground area extending twelve foot (12’) from all sides of the shelter without going into private or commercial property. Landscape areas shall be cleaned if within the 12’ area. Bigbelly trash compactors and regular trash receptacles shall be serviced every time a shelter is serviced. Custodial staff shall remove from site all trash, left behind articles, waste, debris, organics (i.e., food, soda, bubble gum, and animal waste for example), cigarette butts, dead vegetation, paper, boxes, cans, etc. found on the floor, landscape, bench, shelter frame, electrical and electronic equipment. Trash along shelter street curb, at 12” into City road, shall be removed too. Precaution shall top priority. Contractor staff shall not sweep, push, dump, or blow any trash to adjacent private property, street, park, landscape, etc. All trash, debris and waste shall be picked and remove from shelter. Pressure or power wash shall be done to each serviced shelter be it through the Shelter Cleaning Schedule or when service is done as an on call service (OCS).
