Providence City is seeking qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the construction of Thompson Field at Zollinger Park, including installation of natural turf fields, root zone and topsoil preparation, irrigation system, grading, and associated improvements. This project is intended to support athletic field development in accordance with the approved construction drawings and performance specifications prepared by 4Most Sport Group. The project includes, but is not limited to: Earthwork and laser grading to achieve field subgrade and finish grades Placement of owner-supplied fill and contractor-supplied root zone materials Installation of a new irrigation system (Rainbird) Turfgrass installation by seed (80% Kentucky Bluegrass / 20% Perennial Ryegrass) or other approved blend. All work to be performed per plans (Sheets PF-2.1 to PF-2.3) and technical specifications by 4Most Sport Group
