This specification is for the rental of wheel loaders, hauling, and construction equipment on an hourly rate basis. Bidders are to provide wheel loaders dump trucks, and construction equipment as needed by the City of Omaha Public Works Department Typical uses of this contract are snow and salt hauling, debris removal, dirt and aggregate hauling. This is not a complete list of operations or projects. The contractor shall furnish one or more pieces of fully equipment to include operator, complete maintenance, insurance, fuel and oil. Equipment shall meet all requirements necessary for safe and efficient operation, day or night, under all weather conditions. Equipment shall also meet all state, local and Federal requirements necessary for safe, day and night operation, and under all weather conditions.
