Boiler Plant: Perform complete demolition and removal of the existing JACE and NDIO module. Replace the existing JACE and NDIO expansion module with the most recent commercially available JACE and a NRIO module. Following the installation of the hardware, the firmware and software shall be upgraded to the latest versions compatible with the existing SHA Finstack server. The control sequences for the boiler plant shall then be restored to its original configuration using the SHA’s existing as-built controls documentation. Integration of the new JACE and NRIO modules to the existing SHA Finstack server shall be seamless, including integration of the graphic user interface. Any solution requiring third party software to access the logic in the controller will be considered non-compliant.
