Provide Labor, materials and equipment to replace the following: • Men's and Women's bathroom lighting - Retrofit 2x4s and replace can lights with 2x2 LED - Parts and Labor • E-G-H aisles - Replace 3 UFO with LED - Parts and labor • Kim's Office - Retrofit 2x4s - Parts and labor • Property Room 109 - Retrofit 8 2x4 fixtures (2 have battery back up) • Loading Dock canopy fixture • Mechanical Room 109 - Retrofit 8' fixture • Server Room - Retrofit 9 2x4 fixtures • Parking Lot - Replace 4 remaining MH fixtures with LED Work must be done between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Vendor must be licensed electrician and be insured. Please quote the total price for this project to include all labor, materials, etc.
