Solid Waste Removal Services a) Contractor shall furnish new waste containers or Agency approved previously used containers. Contractor shall place the containers in locations agreed upon by the AuSSLC representative and Contractor. Location site of containers shall be kept clean, neat, and free from debris. b) Services shall include scheduled and as-requested services (see Table A). c) Contractor shall collect, transport, and dispose of all non-hazardous solid waste materials. All waste collected and removed by Contractor shall be disposed of at an authorized, licensed disposal site. d) The Contractor shall return containers to their original location after servicing. e) Contractor shall repair or replace containers that becomes broken or damaged through normal wear and tear. f) The Contractor shall affix signage to the vertical surfaces of each container to denote the size and Contractor contact information. g) For as-needed services, the AuSSLC representative shall request the Contractor’s services via phone or written work order. h) Upon request from the AuSSLC representative, the Contractor shall relocate to a different location on the facility’s campus the waste containers requested in this solicitation, at no additional cost to the facility. i) During the contract term, AuSSLC reserves the right to add or remove waste containers. j) During the contract term, AuSSLC reserves the right to increase or reduce service frequency. k) Within five (5) business days of contract award, the Contractor shall deliver the waste containers to the facility locaƟons provided by AuSSLC, at no cost to the facility. l) Within five (5) business days of contract expiraƟon or terminaƟon, the Contractor shall remove the waste containers from the facility locaƟons provided by AuSSLC, at no cost to the facility. m) The Contractor shall wash-out and clean the waste containers as needed and at the request of the AuSSLC. n) The Contractor shall inform the AuSSLC Maintenance Manager or a Maintenance Specialist when waste removal services cannot be performed due to inaccessibility to the container(s). o) The Contractor shall replace waste removal containers damaged by the Contractor at no cost to the facility. The Contractor shall replace waste removal containers damaged by the facility for a one-Ɵme charge equal to or less than the price of a one-month rental for the container.
