The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the paving of Pinion Place and Chisolm Trail in Prescott, Arizona. The project length is 1,402 feet of Pinion Place and 1,334 feet of Chisom Trail. Major project work includes approximately: 2,333 cubic yards of roadway excavation; 4,614 square yards of subgrade preparation; 1,074 tons of asphaltic concrete (3-inch-thick mat); 1,317 cubic yards of aggregate base material; 3 water valve adjustments; and 412.5 feet of new MGS guardrail with 4 MSKT Test Level-2 end treatments. Other associated work includes 3 corrugated metal pipe extensions, 1 new driveway culvert installation, pavement matches, flexible delineator installations, and sign base installations. A traffic control plan and a SWPPP shall be proposed and implemented during construction. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
