Yellowstone County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide and manage professional moving services for the upcoming relocation of County offices to the new County Admin Building, located at 2825 3rd Ave North, Billings, MT 59101. The County intends to enter into a contract with the selected vendor that will include: • Management of moving services • Relocation of office furniture, equipment and other office items from multiple locations • Disposal or liquidation of office furniture that is no longer needed (items will be marked by the County) • Provision of all personnel, vehicles, materials and equipment required • Preparation and protection of furniture, equipment & elevators to prevent incidental damage during moving; The County is currently preparing to move offices from the Stillwater Building and County Courthouse to the new County Admin Building. The move will be completed in multiple phases. Below is the estimated start date for each phase based on the construction schedule. The move must take place during the hours most convenient for the County, which may include weekends and times outside of normal business hours. As the scheduling of move dates is subject to the progress of construction, the start date of each move may be subject to change due to delays in the construction schedule.
