The SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (SCDOT) requests a letter of interest and a proposal containing qualifications from all interested consulting firms experienced in providing Traffic Signal Design Services necessary for the design of traffic signals and traffic signal systems statewide in South Carolina. Requested services may include but are not limited to, traffic signal studies, traffic signal timings and/or retiming’s, signal & signal system design, preliminary and final signal plan preparation, including quantities, r/w verification, utility coordination, signal communications plans, and all applicable specifications, signal equipment & signal specifications, signal software expertise, master plan preparation for signal system improvements, and other duties deemed necessary
