Supplier shall enter the fixed percentage in unit price field. Unit of measure is each. • This line covers replacement costs for part, device, component or equipment/ system repair or replacement costs for (Fire Alarm System) not meeting code requirements. •Unit price represents the (costs + %) percentage that replacement part, device, component or equipment/ system is sold above costs. Supplier shall enter the fixed percentage (%) in unit price field. UOM is each. •Part / Equipment/ system is defined as deficient for Fire Alarm use when determined that it is not meeting code compliance requirement found during inspection, during nonstandard site visit, OR due to damage. . Butler Technician labor/travel rate This rate applies to repairs /replacement labor, not labor during inspections. UOM is Hour. • Unit price represents the technician standard hourly labor rate during non-standard site visit for repair or replacement. Includes travel (to & from site). • Schedule office hours (M-F, 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.)- no overtime, no weekends, no holidays. • This line shall be used for solicitation purposes only to obtain technician labor rate per hour for repair service.
