• The contractor shall provide the 143rd Airlift Wing, Rhode Island Air National Guard (RIANG) with a Multipurpose Sports Court located on an existing asphalt parking lot at Quonset Point ANGB. The court shall be configured for both a regulation-sized basketball court and two regulation-sized pickleball courts. • The contractor shall provide pricing for all ABI’s outlined below in this scope of work. The COR will award specific ABI’s depending on availability of federal funds. • (ABI #1 – Mill and Overlay) - The contractor shall provide milling and asphalt overlay of an existing asphalt area for court placement (102' x 64'). The finished asphalt surface shall be sloped at 1% to ensure effective drainage away from the court. • (ABI #2 – Asphalt Overlay Only) – The contractor shall provide an asphalt overlay of an existing milled area (to be done by the government). The area will be 102’ x 64’. The finished asphalt surface shall be sloped at 1% to ensure effective drainage away from the court. • (ABI #3 – Install Fencing) – The contractor shall install an 8’ high black chain link perimeter fence surrounding the asphalt pad with two (2) 3’ x 8’ personnel gates for egress. Fencing shall have posts with concrete footings. • (ABI #4 – Install Basketball Hoops) – The contractor shall furnish and install two regulation-sized glass basketball hoops, including breakaway rims and pole padding, set into concrete footings. • (ABI #5 – Install FF&E) – The contractor shall provide all furnishing, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for a complete and usable facility. This includes two rollout-style pickleball nets, eight pickleball paddles, eight pickleballs, four basketballs, and two personnel benches (maximum of 8’ in length). • (ABI #6 – Asphalt Striping) – The contractor shall paint the asphalt for a full-sized regulation basketball court, two regulation-sized pickleball courts, and a logo of the 143d AW crest in the center of the court (See Attachment G for 143d AW Crest logo image). • (ABI #7 – Perforated Sport Tiles) – The contractor shall furnish and install perforated sport tiles to be placed on the asphalt surface to accommodate a full-sized regulation basketball court, two regulation-sized pickleball courts, and a logo of the 143d AW crest in the center of the court.
