SAWS is seeking organizations and individual contractors to be able to provide one or all the following services: • Provide physical/ digital education tools/resources in English and or Spanish (books, curriculum materials, hands-on learning kits, virtual learning modules, etc.); • Conduct training workshops or presentations related to educational resources as needed. • Provide consulting services in the development of educational resources as needed. • Provide Conceptual development, which may include writing, creative product design, and education workshop design based on SAWS branding requirements. • In discussion with SAWS personnel, garner a clear understanding of each project’s requirements to include: o Messaging to be developed for the target audience o Types of communications platforms to be used o Project budgets and timelines for completion • Perform all services necessary while acting on SAWS’ behalf to complete the assignments, while adhering to the current SAWS Education design standards. • Develop a cost estimate and schedule of milestones to complete each project assignment (Work Order) for SAWS review and approval, prior to conducting any work. • Services needed are unspecified and will be performed on an as needed basis as individual Work Orders.
